Bruce Jackson – Partner
Chartered Accountant
Bruce commenced his accounting career at KPMG while studying part time towards his ACA now CA qualification. He worked for Sheppard And Knox and H And R Block preparing tax returns for many different businesses.
He has worked for several public companies in finance roles including sharebroking before setting up Nicoll Jackson with Rob Nicoll ex KPMG in the late 1980s.
Bruce assists a wide variety of businesses with tax and accounting requirements including trusts companies and overseas tax issues etc.
Bruce has a particular interest in residential and commercial property as well forests and sharemarkets around the world.
Bruce is always available to meet new customers and give advice.

Janice Taylor – Partner
Chartered Accountant
Janice started at Nicoll Jackson in 2002 before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.
Janice understands how important it is for business owners and managers to maintain their focus on operations and the important role played by accountants in all stages of a business.
Janice enjoys assisting clients in all areas of accounting and taxation services, and has an interest in helping clients in both PAYE and FBT requirements.
She also has a particular interest in Residential Property and is familiar with residential care subsidies and the issues that can occur.
Outside of work Janice enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, along with boating/fishing, puzzles and relaxing.

Glenn Smith – Chartered Accountant
Glenn qualified in 1998 as a CA and has worked in various accounting roles in New Zealand and the U.K. He first joined Nicoll Jackson in 2006 until 2010 when further travel took him back to the U.K. He returned to Nicoll Jackson in 2018.
He enjoys the detail and technical aspects of financial accounting and taxation, including foreign investments and crypto assets.
Outside of work, Glenn is interested in health and wellness.

Philippa Mohn – Accounting Technician
Philippa has been an accountant since 2011 and after gaining her Accounting Technician qualification, she is currently working towards her Chartered Accountant qualification. Philippa is a born and bred local, and has worked with both Xero and MYOB and is a Xero certified advisor and is able to help with your needs. Philippa also looks after our client’s payroll requirements when required.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son, reading, going to the gym and relaxing.

Mariana Martin – Office Manager
Mariana is an experienced administrator with a robust background in accountancy, bolstered by a diploma in business and a successful track record of running her own business.
She brings a blend of analytical prowess and strategic insight to administrative roles. From optimizing operational efficiencies to implementing innovative solutions. She thrive’s in a dynamic environment where her skills in business administration are put to use.
